Review:

New in Town is a story about an exciting and ambitious woman who lives in Miami. Her name is Lucy Hill (Renée Zellweger) and is a high achiever that tries to become a Vice President.
To show the President of the company that she has the ability, she takes a temporal assignment to restructure a small manufacturing plant of yogurt in Minnesota. That city is so cold, full of snow and icy roads.

By the way, Lucy must endurance to the hard work to succeed. When she arrives, a local woman (Blanche Gunderson) invites Lucy to her house. There, Lucy meets Ted Mitchell (Harry Connick Jr.) who is the union representative. At first, she has some conflicts with the workers, but soon they begin to accept her. To add another problem, the product line is not working, and she is ordered to close the plant. However, she has a better idea of making money for the company and saving everybody's job. The company now manufactures Tapioca, a typical Blanche Gunderson’s meal. Along the way, she finds something she didn't know she was looking for and that is love.

In my opinion, the direction is great and the actors are incredible! I really liked the movie it was so funny, I specially like Renée Zellweger’s movies. She is a wonderful comedy actress
